Sockeye Salmon begin as the Pink Salmon end
While this year did not hold record amounts of Pink Salmon throughout the Rivers in Squamish, our clients have done very well. This Pink Salmon run was a bit later than past years but in the past couple of weeks we have seen a huge spike in population. Throwing pretty well anything pink in color at them will produce Pink Salmon after Pink Salmon right now. Although chartreuse is also a popular color when Pink Salmon fishing, we have found pink to be our favorite color and top producer.
