*Breaking News* Winter is here in Canada and the Ice fishing has been Fantastic in Whistler, BC. \u00a0We have just recently finished a week and a half long bout with -20\u00b0c weather here in Whistler and Pemberton, BC. \u00a0This has left our lakes frozen in a\u00a0Winter Wonderland state, with safe ice to ice fish from. \u00a0The lakes have some of the best ice conditions that I have seen this early in the season. \u00a0 The Whistler area offers some of the best Ice fishing in British Columbia, Canada. \u00a0There are numerous lake with vehicle access and quiet a few lakes with snowmobile access for the more adventurous persons. \u00a0Species of fish you can look forward to catching in the Whistler area include; Bull Trout, Rainbow Trout, Cutthroat Trout, Kokanee and Dolly Varden. \u00a0Predominantly, you will catch Rainbow Trout in most lakes while Ice fishing.<\/p>\n

Everyday people from all over the World would come in and get the local scoop, buy their gear and be off to catch fish. Later on My local knowledge and ability to help people catch fish would come in handy. Soon I ventured away from the family business to work as a angling guide for 5 years. In those 5 years I stared in my own fishing show called ELITE FISHING which was seen by 100,000 people a week on Whistler Cable. I have made a name for myself as the man to see if you want to catch fish.
