The Pemberton Fish Finder is proud to announce that we will have a booth in the annual BC Rod and Gun show again this year. \u00a0After a successful show last year we have decided to change the layout of our table. \u00a0This year we will be running a meet and greet theme, there will be plenty of swag, deals and fishing packages that you don’t\u00a0want to miss out on. \u00a0This being our 6th year in operation, we have gathered a healthy following and we appreciate everything our loyal fans do for us. \u00a0We are located at booths 3 and 4, come by shake our hands, share a few fishing stories and one lucky fan is going to win a fishing trip for 2 in beautiful Pemberton, BC.<\/p>\n

Being that we are extremely busy with Charters this time of year we are unable to bring the whole crew. \u00a0This being said, Scott Leboldus our head guide and host of \u00a0http:\/\/fridaynightflies.com\/<\/a> will be joining us Friday and Saturday. \u00a0During those days Scott will be providing fly tying demonstrations, signing fly boxes and sharing plenty of high fives. \u00a0Melissa Knowles A.K.A our “Boss” will be running our merchandise table and answering any question you may have about booking a fishing tour with us. \u00a0Melissa will be at our table the entire show. \u00a0Matt\u00a0Prosdocimi a relatively new guide to the Pemberton Fish Finder will be at the Show Saturday and Sunday answering any questions you may have about fishing in the Whistler\/Pemberton area. \u00a0Brad Knowles “Fish Finder” will be at the entire show shaking hands and answering any questions you may have. \u00a0Bring your family down and get a picture with the crew, brad’s beard is still long and super greasy.<\/p>\n

As a young boy, the small town of Pemberton didn't offer the youth many things other than great fishing. So every waking moment I would be seen fishing the local rivers and lakes on a daily basis. In 1976 My Father \"Ivan Knowles\" opened Spud Valley Sporting Goods Ltd, and how fitting he had his two boys running the shop who were both very avid in hunting, camping and most of all ... fishing. Everyday people from all over the World would come in and get the local scoop, buy their gear and be off to catch fish. Later on My local knowledge and ability to help people catch fish would come in handy. Soon I ventured away from the family business to work as a angling guide for 5 years. In those 5 years I stared in my own fishing show called ELITE FISHING which was seen by 100,000 people a week on Whistler Cable. I have made a name for myself as the man to see if you want to catch fish. Now back working at Spud Valley Sporting Goods Ltd, \"The Family Business\", I love working with my brother Sheridan and father Ivan. Also a proud member of the fisheries committee for Pemberton Wildlife Association - helping make local decisions on local fisheries.
