Fly Fishing Lakes in Whistler and Pemberton British Columbia. \u00a0One thing Pemberton, BC is known for is BIG fish and numerous little lakes for fly fishing. \u00a0Combine that with the multitude of lakes in the Whistler area and species selection,\u00a0you\u00a0have a fly fishing paradise. \u00a0There are tons of lakes just off the beaten path that hold Rainbow Trout and Coastal Cutthroat that can reach a staggering 10 LBS. \u00a0While not every lake has Giant Rainbow Trout and Cutthroat, there are plenty of lakes with fish in and around 2 LBS and have an average length of 18″ or better. \u00a0 There are a few lakes in the Whistler and Pemberton area that are annually stocked with Rainbow Trout and a few that hold natural fish. \u00a0This keeps the fishing very good throughout the year. \u00a0Lakes typically clear of ice by the end of March and start to ice over by the beginning of December. \u00a0This creates a short window for Trout to feed heavily throughout the Ice free seasons. \u00a0There are tons of good hatches in both the evenings and mornings. \u00a0There is also a good mix of nymphs and chironomid action as well. \u00a0No matter your skill level there is Great Fly Fishing Lakes in Whistler and Pemberton British Columbia for you.<\/p>\n

Everyday people from all over the World would come in and get the local scoop, buy their gear and be off to catch fish. Later on My local knowledge and ability to help people catch fish would come in handy. Soon I ventured away from the family business to work as a angling guide for 5 years. In those 5 years I stared in my own fishing show called ELITE FISHING which was seen by 100,000 people a week on Whistler Cable. I have made a name for myself as the man to see if you want to catch fish.
