July Fishing in Whistler and Pemberton BC Canada. \u00a0July is a Great month for fishing. \u00a0The Rivers and Streams in the area start to lose there volume from the freshet. \u00a0Salmon are now in the Rivers and will continue to be through December. \u00a0Trout fishing in the streams and Rivers is very good, lots of hatches for you Fly fishers. \u00a0The Larger lakes in the area have started to warm up making the fish more active feeders. \u00a0Anderson Lake<\/em> is hovering around 70\u00b0f, this turns the Kokanee fishing on. \u00a0The Rainbow Trout are now done their spawning in the creeks that feed Anderson Lake. \u00a0The Bull Trout are now starting to make their ways into the creeks to spawn. \u00a0Showh Lakes i<\/em>n Whistler has been fishing extremely well, definitely worth the note. \u00a0The lake has had some regulation changes since last year that are worth checking. \u00a0Lost lake<\/em> is a popular lake for swimming. \u00a0If you get there early in the morning to beat the traffic the fishing can be great off of the many docks. \u00a0You can expect to catch Rainbow Trout ranging from 10″ – 16″ and weighing as much as 2 Lbs. \u00a0Alta<\/em> Lake<\/em>\u00a0is known for its incredible Cutthroat Trout fishing. \u00a0The Cutthroat in this lake can reach a staggering 5 Lbs. \u00a0The best fishing I have found on this lake is near the weed beds. \u00a0There is a healthy population of stickleback, this is what the Cutthroat feed on aggressively. \u00a0The use of large brown wooly buggers imitate them well and should pay off for you. \u00a0Mosquito Lake\u00a0<\/em>and Ivey Lake\u00a0<\/em>are\u00a0located only a couple kilometers apart in Pemberton. \u00a0Both lakes contain Rainbow Trout that can weigh as much as 6 Lbs. \u00a0They are very popular lakes for Fly Fishing and are small in size making them great float tube lakes. \u00a0The use of Dragonfly Nymphs will definitely\u00a0put you on fish. \u00a0Birkenhead River\u00a0<\/em>is one of the best rivers in BC for fly fishing and Spin fishing. \u00a0The Birkenhead River is located just North of Pemberton. \u00a0The river has good shore access and a decent network of trails. \u00a0The further away from the road you get the better the fishing gets. \u00a0The use of minnow patterns and streamers this time of year will pay off. \u00a0There is a ton of Salmon fry in the river right now and most of the Trout key in on them as a food source.<\/p>\n

In those 5 years I stared in my own fishing show called ELITE FISHING which was seen by 100,000 people a week on Whistler Cable. I have made a name for myself as the man to see if you want to catch fish. Later on My local knowledge and ability to help people catch fish would come in handy. Soon I ventured away from the family business to work as a angling guide for 5 years. In those 5 years I stared in my own fishing show called ELITE FISHING which was seen by 100,000 people a week on Whistler Cable. I have made a name for myself as the man to see if you want to catch fish.
